Do you charge a call out fee?
Yes. This fee covers us for time to get to and from a job. We don’t hide this fee in our prices.
Do you offer fixed rate pricing?
At Watermark Plumbing, we provide a quote for the scope of plumbing work based on our expert assessment of the job. In an ever changing industry, our prices remain honest and transparent and we don’t inflate the prices to hide the costs of things like call-out fees and discounts. Instead we charge the fair price for a quality job.
What happens if I need to call a plumber outside of business hours?
Our office hours are 6.30am-4.30pm Monday to Friday, but you can reach us 24/7 if you have a plumbing emergency. Once our office team has left for the day, our phones divert to our dedicated after hours team for all Sydney plumbing emergencies.
I need a plumber. What areas do you service?

Is there any warranty on your plumbing services?
We’re fixated on delivering quality plumbing work; the kind we’d stake our reputation on. Quality is part of the deal, and we offer a lifetime labour warranty.
What are the payment options?
On completion of your job, we will send you an invoice. Our payment options include PayPal, Direct Debit, as well as all major credit cards.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes! Our licence number is 96592C. We have all the necessary insurance to keep you and us covered and to be able to sleep at night. This includes Public Liability & Workcover. We are CM3 certified which is one of the highest level of certifications required to carry out work for large scale clients such as CBRE. We also have permits / certifications for Working From Heights, Confined Spaces, First Aid & White Card to name a few.
Do you offer plumbing maintenance plans?
Yes. Did you know reactive maintenance can be up to 5 x more expensive than proactive maintenance?
